About Me

I'm a wife, a mother, and an SRT Practitioner, and I know that life can be both deeply meaningful and deeply demanding.

For as long as I can remember, I knew I wanted to support people. I was drawn to mental health, but I was searching for an approach that felt different—one that recognized the body's role in healing as much as the mind's.

That search began to make sense while I was working alongside an occupational therapist whose work focused on mental wellbeing through the body. It was my first introduction to what is often called a "bottom-up" approach, and something about it immediately resonated with me.

A few years later, while seeking support in my own life, I experienced SRT for the first time. Through that journey, I discovered not only a gentler way of understanding my own nervous system, but also a deep trust in this work. I experienced first hand that healing doesn't need to be forced. When we create the right conditions, our bodies hold an incredible capacity for regulation, resilience, and connection.

That experience continues to shape both my life and the way I work with others.

I believe every person has an innate capacity for healing, resilience, and connection. Life's experiences can sometimes leave us feeling disconnected—from our bodies, from ourselves, and from the people we love.

My role is to create a space where you feel safe enough to reconnect with the wisdom that already exists within you. Together, we'll gently explore what your body is communicating, allowing healing to unfold at a pace that feels right for you.

When we feel more connected to ourselves, we become more available for meaningful connection with the people we love. Whether you're seeking support for yourself, your family, or the children you work with, my hope is that you'll leave each session feeling more grounded, more present, and better resourced for whatever life asks of you.
